1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the Korean Senior Citizens Association shall be dismissed.

Based on the facts, the Korean Senior Citizens Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Senior Citizens Association”) is established for the purpose of contributing to social development, such as enhancing the rights and interests of the elderly, promoting their welfare, and volunteer activities. The Daejeon Metropolitan City Branch of the Korean Senior Citizens Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Branch”) is a local organization of the Defendant Senior Citizens Association, and the Korean Senior Citizens Association B branch of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Association of the Korean Senior Citizens Association (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Senior Citizens Association”) is a group under the jurisdiction of the Defendant Branch.

Article 38(1) of the Articles of Incorporation of the Defendant’s Senior Citizens Association provides that “The main office shall be established in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and Metropolitan Cities/Dos, a branch office shall be established in each Si/Gun/Gu, and a group shall be established in the center for senior citizens.”

According to this, the organization system from the center for older persons to the center for older persons in this case is as follows.

On December 13, 2014, the Plaintiff again announced that the election of the president of the center for senior citizens was held, and then registered with the president of the Defendant Branch on the ground that the principal was elected at the election again implemented.
