A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months at the Jeonju District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) and completed the execution of the sentence on May 23, 2012.

1. On June 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on June 24, 2012, the Defendant: (b) the victim D, who was a tobacco relationship, did not refuse the victim’s request on the ground that the victim D, who was the victim of the sexual intercourse (hereinafter “C5 years old”), would have organized the relationship with the Defendant; and (c) would have caused the victim’s temporary strawing of his/her own timber with the string of the victim’s string, thereby preventing any defect.

B. On August 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on August 10, 2012, at the place indicated in a port (a) around August 10, 2012; and (b) on the said grounds, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would improve the level of her ship and her ship, which is a dangerous object in front of the victim D.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

C. On September 6, 2012, around 00:0 on September 6, 2012, the Defendant stated that the Defendant would die in person with a kitchen knife (15cm in a knife length) which is a dangerous thing in the victim D, in both hands, for the same reason as paragraph (a) of Article 204 of the F Building 204 of the Western-gu, Western-si, Yancheon-gu, Yan-si.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. The Defendant is injured.
