The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B.

On August 15, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 4 km from the captain of the Busan-gun to the front road of the new city oil station located in the same military area as the blood alcohol concentration of 0.194% without obtaining a driver's license on August 15, 2014.
