1. The defendant's decision to confirm the costs of lawsuit No. 2017Kao-5030 against the plaintiff is based on the Daejeon District Court's decision to confirm the costs of lawsuit.

Description of Claim

On December 11, 2017, the Defendant received a final decision on the amount of litigation costs from the Daejeon District Court Branch Decision 2017Kao 50030, which became final and conclusive.

On August 30, 2018, the Plaintiff deposited the said decision in gold No. 967 of this Court in full with the Defendant as the principal deposit.

Therefore, since the debt based on the above decision has fully ceased to exist, compulsory execution based on the above decision against the plaintiff should be denied.
