A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Seoul Central District Court. On August 18, 2016, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on December 5, 2016. On July 5, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Seoul Western District Court and completed the execution of the sentence on October 4, 2019.

1. On October 23, 2019, at around 19:03, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim G management “J” in the 8th floor of the H building in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) caused the victim’s crehion using a creh in which the string of the 8th floor of the H building was unreshed; and (c) opened a safe with the string of the string of the string, which was locked, and opened a safe with the 50,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim.

On October 23, 2019, at around 19:45, the Defendant: (a) thief against the victim K was set up in the “M” store operated by the victim with the 8th floor of the H building in the above H building; (b) used a cresh in which surveillance was neglected by leaving the victim; and (c) used the cresh in which the victim left the room and used the cresh; (d) the market price, which is the victim’s possession outside the space, was 6.4 million won in advance, of the total market price of the victim’s possession; and (e) stolen it.

On October 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered Q University R&A located in Seoul P, with the entrance door opened to the 5th floor inside the reading room; (b) around 08:20 on the same day, at around 08:20, the Defendant: (c) placed the 5th floor inside the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the 5th floor of the 88th reading room in the 88th reading room; (d) placed the 1,90,000 won of the 1,90,000 won of the 85 reading room in the 1,00,000 won of the 1,00, the market price of the 1,000,000 won of the 85 books in the 85 books.
