Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendants A, C, and E attempted to commit fraud, together with two persons who were named and unclaimed (one name I, J). around April 2017, Defendant C provided the victim K, etc. with the second floor office of his/her operating Ulsan Jung-gu L uniform store as a gambling place.
