Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2015, at around 03:00, the Defendant driven a B Car under the influence of alcohol of about 2 km alcohol concentration of about 0.219% in front of the aftermath of the Cuk Elementary School located in the same Dong in the vicinity of the Nelle 6-gu, Ansan-si.
