Criminal facts

The Defendants are those who operated respectively a sidewalk in the Jeonsan-gu F and G, and who are called "H" between the instant area’s singing and the news room business owners.

The Defendants: (a) on the basis of the fact that the Defendants: (b) talked with one of the instant areas, selling alcoholic beverages at a singing room; (c) sold alcoholic beverages at a singing room; or (d) arranged female actors to drink alcoholic beverages with customers by arranging and providing them to the singing room; and (c) parked the same in the vicinity of the said area; and (d) reported the same as illegal business to the singing room or the news room business that sells alcoholic beverages and arranges and provides female guests; or (e) sent text messages so as to enable them to run a business, and (e) had them receive money and valuables from the singing room or the news room business that arrange them to dance with customers.

1. Defendant A, with the knowledge that the Victim J, who operates the Imcom “Imcom,” was acting as an intermediary for and providing women’s helpers singing out, was aware of the fact, and, to the above F and G Knomcom, Lnonoso, and Mnonomcom, Defendant A expressed the same attitude to inflict any harm on the victim who operates the Imcom, such as reporting to the police, if he did not grant money.

On December 2, 2011, the Defendant: (a) 21:00, around 21:00, she she satis in a satise-si N, and (b) knew of such her attack, and (c) received 500,000 won from the drinking victim via P, which is the above satise-house owner.

The Defendant, including that, from February 27, 2007 to December 21, 201, attacked 12 victims, J, etc. over 15 times from around February 27, 2007.
