Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2013, around 01:13, the Defendant driven a BF vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.151% at a section of approximately 200 meters from the front road of the “Dauwon,” located in the Sinsan-dong Port (Yandong-gu) Dong, Seoyang-si to the front road of the “Mauwon,” located in the same 524-10 meters.
