1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 20 million and 24% per annum from May 1, 2010 to the date of full payment.

1. On April 1, 2010, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 200 million interest per annum to Defendant B (payment on the 30th day of each month) and by March 31, 2013. The Defendant C guaranteed the Plaintiff’s obligation to return the loan and interest on the same day.

Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff the above loan 200 million won and interest and delay damages at the rate of 24% per annum from May 1, 2010 to the date of full payment.
