Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 700,000 won of a fine for a crime of violating road traffic law in the Changwon District Court's smuggling support on July 31, 2008, and on October 14, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 2.5 million won of a fine for the same crime at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court.

On November 14, 2015, the Defendant driven a Bcoon vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.127% from the section of approximately 2km to the front of the ice apartment complex located in the same city and located in the same city from the front of the ice to the front of the road.
