A. On March 16, 2011, the Defendant violated the Foreign Trade Act: (a) filed an export declaration with the Busan Customs Office on the goods equivalent to USD 456,675 ( Won 505,465,825) imported from the Chinese land, such as the export declaration number E; (b) filed an export declaration with the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry on March 22, 201, on the export declaration of the goods equivalent to USD 505,675 ( Won 505,465,825), and (c) obtained a false certificate of origin from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry as “THRE REPBK REBK REA” (Korean country) as if the country of origin was the Republic of Korea, and obtained a false certificate of origin from Korea to the United States E, not later than August 27, 2012, with the total of KRW 23,000, the export declaration number of the goods imported from the Chinese land.
B. On March 16, 2011, the Defendant filed a false declaration of origin with the head of Busan Customs Office on the export declaration of the goods equivalent to USD 16,7040,000 ($ 505,465,825,000,000,000,000) for the export declaration of the goods equivalent to USD 16,675,000,000 ( Won 505,465,825), and on August 16, 2012, the Defendant filed a false declaration of origin with the head of Korea (Korea), and on August 16, 2012, filed a false declaration of origin with the head of Korea on the export declaration of the goods equivalent to USD 142,727,07, US dollars 10,106,668 (Korean Won 11,381,222,936).
