1. The Defendant’s KRW 35 million to the Plaintiff, as well as 5% per annum from August 20, 2014 to January 9, 2015.

1. On September 5, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for shopping mall production with the Defendant, and the main terms of the contract are as follows.

1. Gap and Eul shall provide sufficient data for the production of the web site and produce a web site that can fully reflect the contents of Eul provided;

Article 5 [Construction of Web Site] A shall pay to B the sum of the web site construction and other charges (VAT degrees) five million won.

Article 6 [Claim and Payment of Costs for Construction of Web Site] A shall pay one million won out of the costs for construction of the web site prescribed in Article 5 at the time of a contract, and shall pay one million won of part payments on September 30, 201, and three million won of the balance on a web site within 20 days from the completion date of construction of the web site ( October 31, 2013).

Article 7 (Additional Expenses) A separate work not indicated in the contract shall be charged for additional production costs.

Provided, That the separate production costs and expenses incurred thereby shall be compensated by A.

Article 13 [Prohibition of Assignment of Status under Contract] A and B shall not transfer their status under this Agreement to a third party.

Article 18 (Matters of Special Agreement)

1. The period of one month from the opening date of a web site shall run regardless of the number of maintenance and repair during the intensive management period;

2. The contractor of this contract may change at Party A’s request, and Party B shall issue an invoice to Party A after confirmation.

On September 9, 2013, the plaintiff sent a notice on the website to the defendant.

On September 11, 2013, one million won for down payment, and one million won for intermediate payment on October 4, 2013, the Plaintiff received payment from the Defendant.

On October 8, 2013, the Plaintiff’s terms and conditions of use to the Defendant.
