Text
1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the part (Ga) (Ga), 367.282 square meters, which connects each point of the attached sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1, among the real estate listed in the attached list;
(b) pay 9,942,130 won and its interest at the rate of 15 percent per annum from May 9, 2017 to the date of full payment;
C. From April 15, 2017 to the date on which delivery of the real estate of this paragraph (A) is completed, the sum of KRW 4,500,000 per month shall be paid.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.
Purport of claim
The same shall apply to the order.
