On January 25, 2014, at around 03:58, the Defendant driven B car with blood alcohol content of about 0.072% from the front road of the children's substitute park located in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City to the front day of the international white apartment located in the same Gu.
