Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for a period of one and half years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-A-hurd motor vehicle.

On December 13, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car on December 13, 2016, and driven the three-lane of the “E” located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, the Defendant driven the road at the speed of about 88 km from the front side of the city to the front side of the arboretum at the speed of about one lane.

At all times, the speed of restriction is 60 km per hour, and crosswalks are installed on the front side. Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim to die by occupational negligence on December 13, 2016, when receiving treatment at a Daegu-gu University University Hospital located in 17-33, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, 2016, from the above occupational negligence, and caused the victim’s death by taking care of such occupational negligence.
