Co., Ltd. is a corporation established on January 6, 201 for the purpose of wholesale and retail business of computers, peripheral devices, parts, etc., and Defendant B from January 11, 2011 to the same year.
5. From March 9, 2012 to December 10, 2012, Defendant A operated the company as the representative director of the said company; Defendant C is a person who lent the name of F from May 3, 201 to March 8, 2012, and actually operated the said company.

Around March 31, 2011, Defendant B issued or received a tax invoice in an amount equivalent to KRW 237,897,500,00 in total value without supplying goods or services equivalent to KRW 30,750,000 in Sung-gu G (hereinafter “E”), including a false tax invoice stating as if he/she supplied goods or services equivalent to that amount, even though he/she did not supply goods or services at least 30,750,000 in the same amount. From that time, Defendant B issued or received a tax invoice in an amount equivalent to KRW 237,897,50 in total without supplying or being supplied with goods or services at least

On May 30, 201, Defendant C issued or received, from that time, a tax invoice of the aggregate amount of KRW 321,970,50,50 of the supply value without supplying or being supplied goods or services 23 times over 23 times as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2), even though there was no fact that the Defendant supplied goods or services equivalent to the supply value of KRW 4,970,00 in Sung-gu G, Sung-gu.
3. Defendant A did not supply goods or services equivalent to KRW 30,256,000 in supply value to Sung-gu G around February 28, 2012.
