Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bicycle.

On May 19, 2017, the Defendant, around 11:10, proceeded with the front road in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at the seat of the network prime market to the seat of the network prime post office.

At the time, the direction of the defendant's driving is set up a yellow domin line and the crossing is prohibited, so in such a case, the bicycle rider has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by passing along the center right side of the roadway.

Nevertheless, by neglecting this, the Defendant was negligent and proceeded with the middle line of the yellow domin line, the Defendant got a two-wheeled vehicle of the victim D(46) driving in the direction of the Defendant's progress to the port while he tried to avoid the Defendant's bicycle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered approximately eight weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence from the victim’s body felbling the left-hand body body.
