Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2014, at around 01:20, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol at “Dju” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and was dispatched from F of the police box belonging to the head of the victim’s police box affiliated with the Dongdaemun-gu Police Station Estation, which was called out after receiving a report of 112; (b) the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as opening the shoulder shoulder shoulder of the victim’s left shoulder with his hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of police officers' order.
