Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Seoul Northern District Court, which became final and conclusive on July 11, 2014, and is currently in the grace period.

가. 피고인은 2014. 8. 30. 21:15경 서울 노원구 C에 있는 D의 집 앞에서, 술에 취해 소란을 피우다가 노원경찰서 E파출소 소속 경위 F 등이 112신고를 받고 순찰차를 타고 출동하자, 순찰차 보닛 위로 뛰어오르며 주먹으로 위 보닛을 1회 내리쳐 움푹 들어가게 하여 액수 미상의 수리비가 들도록 공용물건을 손상하였다.

B. On August 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30, at the E box located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu G, the said 1-A.

After arresting a flagrant offender due to the act, etc. of this paragraph, the computer monitor was sent in hand while being escorted, and the department 20,000 won of the repair cost was broken down, the video camera with the market price of 40,000 won attached to the monitor was broken down and damaged the repair cost or the public goods of approximately 210,000 won in total of the market price.

As the act of subsection F was arrested as a flagrant offender by the above F and brought to the patrol vehicle, it assaulted the F's face once by drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties related to criminal investigation such as arrest of police officers.
