At around 02:20 on May 11, 2015, the Defendant driven a Category B motor vehicle at approximately 2 km from the road near Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Cheonggu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the road around 1-16.
