Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in the operation of the B-hurd XD car.

1. On January 30, 2014, the Defendant, at around 18:50, driven the 18:50 above Ambdo Amp XD car, driven the outer road on the 1st national highway in front of Dosan City, and went to Daejeon.

A person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to accurately operate the steering system, brakes, and other devices of the motor vehicle, not driving motor vehicles at such speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others, depending on the road traffic situation and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle, and driving motor vehicles with a duty of care to prevent accidents due to driving on the front side and the left side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on the other hand, driven the front side without properly viewing the front side, found the victim E (n.e., 41 years old) who driven the two-lane from the outer edge of the road to Daejeon National Highway and driven the two-lanes from Daejeon National Highway from the outer edge of the river, and avoided to the port, led to the Defendant’s above part of the front side of the driver’s vehicle, e.g., the front side of the driver’s right side, e., the front side of the Defendant, e.g., the front side of the driver’s vehicle, e., the front side of the driver’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant had the victim E suffer from an injury, such as finite finites, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, due to such occupational negligence, and escaped without any measure.

2. The Defendant, through a traffic accident like Paragraph 1, destroyed 350,724 repair costs, such as a driver, following the car in the given SP area, and escaped without any measure, by leaving the Defendant’s above AWW XD car on the lane.
