1. The judgment of the first instance court, including the Plaintiff’s claim extended at the trial room, shall be modified as follows:

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an insurer of the automobile insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the insured, ATracked vehicle (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) with the insured, and the insurance period from November 18, 2012 to November 18, 2013 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. At around 19:10 on November 26, 2012, B, U.S. General Logistics Co., Ltd., the following: (a) driven on the instant vehicle under the condition of attaching C Twitler with the length of 12.2 meters; and (b) caused the instant accident from the front of the road (hereinafter “instant entry road”) located in the Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Haan-gun, Haan-gun, the mobile container (hereinafter “E”) (hereinafter “the mobile container container” in the attached drawing”) (hereinafter “instant entry road”) to be flowed into five national highway lines (hereinafter “the instant road”) which are the national highways of two-lanes of Do; (c) the F was directly driving the instant road on the Masan-do and directly driving the instant road (hereinafter “damageed vehicle”); and (d) the instant accident occurred due to the collision with the damaged vehicle, HF, and the instant accident occurred (hereinafter “the instant accident”).

C. The Gwanak-gu Office of Management (hereinafter referred to as the “instant factory complex business entity”) established a factory in the Haman-gun, Haman-gun, Hamnam-gun.

On November 1, 2004, for the purpose of entering into or departing from neighborhood living facilities, permission for occupation and use and connection (from November 1, 2004 to June 30, 2014) of the instant road was changed on November 6, 2008 for the purpose of entering into or departing from a factory (hereinafter “instant occupancy and use permission”).

(2) At the time of the instant accident, the instant road entered into the said road is indicated in the attached Form’s drawings, and “the road moving to and leaving from the said road bypassing to the entrance into the said road” (hereinafter “the instant road”).
