A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2016, the Defendant, at around 10:00, expressed a desire at C main office in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to walk the victim D (n, 32 years of age) to walk the victim D (n, b, 32 years of age) with his/her view, and assaulted the victim's right head.
