Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a social service worker who has served in the Busan High Court located in 31 as a court of the Gu of Busan City.

Social service personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

However, the Defendant did not attend the above Busan High Court from March 5, 2015 to the 19th day of the same month without justifiable grounds.

Accordingly, the defendant has deserted his service for not less than 8 days in total without justifiable grounds.
