A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, as a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter Cargo Vehicles, was driving a one-lane of the one-lane between the area where the D Poter located in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun C with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.164% at the 0.164% under the influence of alcohol level.
