1. The Defendant’s 224,471,989 won to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and 5% per annum from February 20, 2013 to June 24, 2014.
Reasons
1. The facts falling under any of the following subparagraphs may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 5, 7 through 10, 16, 18 through 27 (including serial numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the whole purport of pleadings:
