1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. On September 28, 2007, F entered into the instant “G” insurance contract with the Defendant Company on the ground that the beneficiary was F and the legal heir upon death (the wife Plaintiff B and C).

The terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract are not classified into the main contract (general death) and the special contract for the death of a disaster, but are defined in a single manner, and are cited as follows.

Article 15 (Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) When any of the following events occurs to a person subject to insurance, the company shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the person who receives the insurance money:

1. Where a person eligible for insurance dies due to a cause other than disaster during the insurance period: The payment of general death insurance proceeds;

2. Where a person subject to insurance dies directly due to a disaster during the insurance period: Article 17 (Insurance Accidents for which no Insurance Money is to be Paid) (1) The company may not pay the insurance money when any cause for the payment of insurance money occurs due to any of the following cases:

1. Where an insured person intentionally damages himself/herself: Provided, That this shall not apply to cases where it is proved that he/she has impaired himself/herself in a state that the insured person is unable to make a free decision due to mental illness, etc. and to cases of suicide two years after the date of commencement of the contract guarantee;

F on July 1, 2016, while serving as Class 9 public bonds of H Tax Office (career members) for the management of office buildings, the F shall submit a resignation letter on February 20, 2017;

2. On the 27th day after a person returns home with his/her workplace rent and alcohol, and then, during the 10:10th day following the day, the person committed suicide with a white string at the 10:10 square meters.

The defendant paid only the general death insurance money to the plaintiffs, and rejected the payment of the disaster death insurance money.

A. The plaintiffs are extremely likely to cause the exposure of F to female problems.
