B A Co., Ltd. is a corporation that operates construction business with the main office of Andong-si C and one floor as its main office. Defendant A is an employee of the said corporation, who was awarded a contract by the said corporation, and is an on-site agent of the construction work site of the D Building at the same time that started from June 22, 2015.
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant shall take necessary measures to prevent risks caused by machinery, apparatus, and other equipment, and as a part of the measures necessary to prevent risks, such as installation of a network to prevent falling water, in the event that there is a danger that material objects fall or fall down due to work, the Defendant did not take measures to protect the falling water of the first floor materials transport equipment on the ground on February 26, 2016.
B.
