Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates C with the purpose of manufacturing, such as various packaging papers in Kimpo-si B.

1. Any person who intends to install an emission facility of air pollutants not reported on the installation of the emission facility of air pollutants shall file a report with the competent administrative agency;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing the aforementioned installation report from November 21, 2014 to April 24, 2019, installed a drying facility (4.7m x 7m x 3m ) which is an air pollutant emission facility at the same place of business, and operated it using it.

2. No business operator who has not operated a preventive facility for air pollutants shall operate the preventive facility when he/she operates the emission facility or commit an act of emitting pollutants discharged from the emission facility, mixing with the air, in order to lower the degree of pollution;

Nevertheless, from December 2, 2018 to April 24, 2019, the Defendant failed to operate preventive facilities by operating the facilities in a state where the active carbon of the air pollutants from the said place of business, the printing and building facilities (use 6.84 cubic meters x 1,7.04 cubic meters x 1,06 cubic meters x 1 in cubic meters x 7.04 cubic meters x 1 in cubic meters x 1 in cubic meters x 550 cubic meters x 1 in cubic meters x 400 cubic meters x 1 in cubic meters x 250 x 1 in cubic meters x 1 in cubic meters x 1 in cubic meters x 1 in cubic meters
