A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim C is a person who was engaged in the overall control of the said company as an internal director of the E company located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which was operated by the victim C from April 30, 2012 to March 14, 2013.

2.
