1. On August 2012, Defendants A and B (Forgery of private documents, and uttering of private documents) received a copy of the victim J’s resident registration certificate, a certified copy of resident registration, and a certificate of personal seal impression from the first police officer.
On August 23, 2012, the Defendants conspired with I to establish K, a corporation under the name of the victim J without authority, for the purpose of exercising at the registry office of the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul District Court, for the purpose of exercising the right at the registry office of the Seoul Central District Court, the Defendants forged one copy of the personal seal imprint report in the name of the victim, which is a private document concerning the right and duty, by sealing the victim’s personal seal imprinted, affixed the victim’s name in the column for investment in the personal seal imprint report kept at that place, and forged a private document 16 times in total as shown in the attached Table 1, including submitting it to the employee in charge of the right and duty and using it.
2. On July 16, 2013, Defendant C (Forgery of private documents, and uttering of private documents) without authority for the purpose of exercising the office building on the fourth floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Office Lone Building, and the contract for the use of the office building at the business center is concluded.
