1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the purpose of manufacturing and selling a variety of internal combustion engines pluggs, and the Defendant is a company with the purpose of manufacturing the printed circuit board.

B. On December 15, 2009, the Plaintiff, with the Defendant, refers to a wooden plate made by the Defendant, with electric parts, such as a printed circuit board (Pinted Ciruitard, PCB), integrated circuits, tampers, and resistance equipment, which are electrically connected with the Defendant.

C. From June 201 to February 28, 2013, the Plaintiff caused a defect, such as engine loss, etc. due to the failure in the text-based system supplied by the Plaintiff. The text-based system causing a malfunction was the same as the Defendant on May 4, 2011 and the same year.

2. The parties' arguments and the issues of this case

A. The plaintiff 1) The defendant arbitrarily changed the gold company in the manufacturing process of the product of this case.
