1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed with the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and 5% per annum from June 18, 2013 to September 2, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Grounds for judgment: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;

3. The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is modified, and any damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum until September 30, 2015 with respect to the statutory interest rate on a case for which the first instance trial proceedings have not been concluded until October 1, 2015, shall be applied, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, shall be dismissed.
