1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

In fact, on March 2013, the Korea Gas Corporation ordered the supply of and demand for the instant office building project of the Jin Chang F&C Co., Ltd. to construct gas pipes to link the permanent residence and permanent residence with the Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant construction”).

On March 2013, In Chang Chang F&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “In Chang Chang F&C”) received supply of A’s administrative Dong (hereinafter “instant administrative Dong”) from Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. during the instant construction project.

Around March 2013, Insulp C&C prepared a subcontract agreement with the Plaintiff regarding construction works among the instant clerical operation works (hereinafter referred to as “construction works for the instant administrative operation”), as follows:

① Construction cost: 1,186,762,50 won (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) (2) The period of construction: From March 2013 to November 201, 2013, human beings L&C prepared a subcontract agreement with the Defendant regarding civil engineering works among the administrative work of this case (hereinafter “civil engineering works of this case”) as follows:

(1) Construction cost: 277,150,000 won: The construction period: From March 2013 to November 201, 2013, Insular F&C from March 2013, to two different industries development, it shall be between the installation works of the machinery and equipment among the instant clerical works (hereinafter referred to as “instant clerical works”).

As follows, a subcontract agreement was drawn up:

① Construction cost: 55,36,600 won: A period of construction: B B from March 2013 to November 201, 2013, the amount of payment for the purchase price by the business entity Nos. 1 B, such as the payment of the Plaintiff’s construction cost, and the equipment rental fee on April 30, 2013, June 30, 2013; 20,047,500 won for transport of marina on August 30, 2013; 30,50 won for transport of Matotoon on June 10, 2013; C.
