A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From around 2011, the Defendant, from around 201, leased the first place of the Defendant’s operation in Daegu-gu, to Mackman D, but, on March 8, 2016, the Defendant, who was the Defendant, sold the said place to D without the Defendant’s permission, was dissatisfied with the victim F (n, 53 years of age) who was the wife of Pyeongtaek D and D, was dissatisfied with the Defendant.

As a result, the defendant carried out a dangerous object, and expressed his attitude of doing harm to the victim's body, and threatened the victim.

The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in paragraph 1, was unable to avoid a disturbance for about 10 minutes, including, at the same time and place, the time and place indicated in paragraph 1, the Defendant laid down a large amount of 10 minutes, namely, “the flusing of the Bridge,” with the victim flusing the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's business by force.
