Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2017, at around 19:43, the Defendant: (a) ordered the victim C’s D cafeteria located in the petition-gu, Cheongju-si, to the D cafeteria, that the Kimchi Pung was not snick, while drinking alcohol; and (b) caused the disturbance to the victim’s cafeteria operation by large sound, such as marking the trial cost and taking a bath, and interfered with the victim’s cafeteria operation by force.
