Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

Nos. 1 to 3 of the seized evidence shall be used to the victims' names.

Punishment of the crime

[Majority-related relationship] On March 28, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the above sentence on November 19, 2014. Defendant B was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court on January 30, 2013 and completed the execution of the above sentence on September 2, 2016.

[Criminal facts] The Defendants stolen the bicycles set up in an outdoor bicycle storage facility in order to reduce living expenses after release, and sold them, and conspired to divide the sales proceeds into two parts.

1. On May 10, 2017, at around 10:00, the Defendants discovered one set of Samcheon-ri bicycle owned by the victim E, who was installed and set up, in front of the 347 apartment complex of the 50-ro 1-2 Round, from around 10, 2017, at around 10, the 50-gil-ro, Gwangju Northernbuk-gu, and around 1-2 Ra, respectively. Defendant B reported the network in the vicinity, and Defendant A cut off the theft prevention by using the cutting devices prepared in advance, and she boarded the said bicycle.

2. On May 16, 2017, around 13:00, the Defendants found one bicycle to be used for the prevention of theft and one bicycle for the victim’s name, in front of the up-to-date secondary apartment 203, located in 68-gil-ro 22, the center of Gwangju Mine-gu, and around 13:00, the Defendants discovered one bicycle to be used for the prevention of theft, and one bicycle for the victim’s name, influor, who was installed with locking the bicycle storage unit, and the victim’s name, influor 21 bicycle. Defendant B reported the network around the region, and Defendant A cut off the theft prevention by using the cutting machine prepared in advance, and the Defendants divided the two parts.

3. On May 17, 2017, at around 14:00, at the entrance of the Han-gu apartment house located in 706, the Defendants discovered one bicycle set owned by the victim’s name who was installed with theft prevention reduction and locking the bicycle storage unit, and Defendant B reported the network around the region.
