Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Under the summary order, Defendant B is an individual business operator who manages the personal information of union members with an opportunity to be entrusted with the duties of the promotion committee, etc. from 2011, while conducting the reconstruction consulting business under the trade name of “C”.

B In collusion with E, around January 5, 2015, at the meeting room of “G” located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Plaintiff and the representative Defendant A of the H reconstruction Promotion Committee, a voluntary organization other than the above association, entered into a contract of “D Rebuilding Improvement Cooperative’s Removal General Meeting Services” in the name of I Co., Ltd. (representative E), and entered into an agreement of KRW 310 million including the address and telephone number of the members of the said reconstruction Improvement Project Association, and provided personal information, including the telephone number, from around that time to February 2015, between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff.

2. Defendant A received personal information as above with knowledge of the aforementioned circumstances without the consent of the members of the rebuilding improvement project, at the same time and place as above, and at the same time and place.
