A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2019, the Defendant proposed commercial sex acts to the victim B (the name of the victim, the 400,000 won and 300,000 won for 4 hours, 3 hours, etc.) at the highly infest 486 Pungdong-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyangdong-si, and 14 years old) on the condition that “The Defendant provided commercial sex acts to the victim B (the 4 hours, 400,000 won and KRW 30,000,000,000,000,000 won for the Defendant’s sexual flag.”

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

2. The Defendant, around July 2019, proposed the victim’s sexual traffic, or proposed the said sexual traffic, and then entered the neighboring wife’s trade name, but was immediately relieved due to the request by the victim for a personal identification card of the employee of the maternity, which became a minor, and attempted to purchase the sex by entering another her next her mother, but also did not enter the same for the same reason.

Accordingly, the defendant recommended children and juveniles to sell sex.
