Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a victim B (n, 58 years of age) and a person who returned from around 2002 to around 2016 for about 14 years.

1. On April 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00, at the home of the victim in Gosung-gun, Gangwon-gun; (b) sought to receive a return of the passbook and card lent to the victim; (c) however, on the ground that the victim does not open a door, the Defendant damaged the victim’s house door knife by breaking up one gate of the entrance door gate gate gate gate gate gate in the city.
