Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 1,257,080,257 and as a result, from February 15, 2019 to July 30, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is a company aimed at providing services for manufacturing, selling, and leasing automatic control devices and applied equipment. 1. A shall present to B the accurate specifications of the product at issue.

2. If any doubt arises as the content or specification presented by A is unclear, B shall be notified to and consulted without delay with A.

Article 9 (Specifications)

1.The specifications of all products shall be the specifications specified in the contract;
