A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

2. On March 28, 2016, the fraud Defendant, even though he/she was in the same situation as the above paragraph 1, was concealed, and on March 26, 2016, phone called to the above victim C and paid the interest amounting to KRW 10 million each month if he/she borrowed the above victim C more.
