Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 02:00 on February 17, 2016, in front of the C cafeteria located in Busan Yagu, Busan, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was on board a victim D (65 years old) E-cab in the vicinity of the D (65 years old) bathing beach and left the taxi without paying the fare at the said place.
