Defendant A worked as a brokerage assistant in H real estate located in Hongcheon-gun G, 2006, Defendant A received fees in an amount equivalent to KRW 1000-20 million each time from 2006 to 2006 for the purpose of mediating and arranging the real estate transactions by the mother and childJ.

1. On July 2007, Defendant A and his relative K with Defendant B, who was known to Pyeongtaekyang-gun, were subject to correction of the size of the area and registration conversion into 28,883 square meters of Mayang-gun L Forestry (28,883 square meters of L forest on February 12, 2008; on the same day, it was divided into 14,832 square meters of Nanyang-gun, O forest 9,093 square meters from the above land and Naomom; hereinafter “Defendant B” in this case’s purchase price was 30,009 square meters of the above area correction and registration conversion; ii) the above area correction, registration conversion, and division into the above area, 4,958 square meters of forest land in Yangyang-gun-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, and 14,832 square meters of forest, O93 square meters of forest after division, and the purchase price was 14,200 million won of the instant land.

A은 그 무렵 J에게 “강원도 양양에 좋은 땅이 있으니 매입을 해두면 값이 많이 올라서 재미가 있을 것이고, 여름에는 해수욕장을 찾는 사람들에게 임대를 해서 짭짤하게 수익을 올릴 수도 있으니 매입하라.”라는 취지로 말하고, J로부터 이를 전해들은 피해자가 이 사건 토지를 매수하기로 하자 피해자에게 이 사건 토지의 매매대금이 15억 원이라고 거짓말한 후 2007. 9. 5.경 피해자를 대리하여 P과 이 사건 토지를 매매대금 15억 원에 매매한다는 내용의 매매계약서를 작성하여 피해자에게 교부하였다.
