1. The Defendant’s disposition to terminate the occupancy agreement with the Plaintiff on April 4, 2017 is revoked.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a company established on April 29, 1992 and engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile parts. 2) If part of Daegu Metropolitan City and Posi-si were designated as a Daegu Free Economic Zone pursuant to the Special Act on Designation and Management of Free Economic Zones (hereinafter “Free Economic Zones Act”), the “Tgu North Free Economic Zone Authority” was established by Article 27-2 of the Free Economic Zone Act to take exclusive charge of administrative affairs in its area.

The defendant is the head of the Daegu-do Free Economic Zone Authority and the managing authority of the Youngcheon-Tech Industrial Complex (hereinafter referred to as the "instant industrial complex") in the Daegu-do Free Economic Zone Zone.

B. On September 10, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an occupancy agreement with the Daegu North Korean Free Economic Zone Authority, and DIC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “DIC”).

) The MOU (MOU, hereinafter referred to as “instant MOU”) shall be read as the MOU with the following terms and conditions between Gyeongbuk-do and Yongcheon-si:

Article 2(1) provides that “B” shall make maximum efforts to make an investment in the industrial complex as follows. Article 1(1) of the Constitution provides that “B” shall make an administrative support and cooperation with “B” in accordance with the submission of an investment plan in the field where the materials of automobile parts are located in “B.”
