A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

On January 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 09:05, the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-si, opened a window with no correction of the gate 204 of the E-gu, Cheongju-si, and infringed on the victim’s residence.
