1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant’s purchase and division 1) on July 17, 2015, the farmland E 14,678 square meters in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do was divided into 3,636 square meters in E forest, 3,636 square meters in F forest, 3,670 square meters in G forest, 3,770 square meters in G forest, and 3,636 square meters in H forest, and 2) on July 22, 2015, the Defendant purchased four divided real estate in the aggregate of 340,000,000 won (23,163 square meters in land and 23,000 square meters in land) and completed each registration of ownership transfer on July 23, 2015.

3) On November 30, 2017, F forest land of 3,636 square meters in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu is 3,537 square meters in F forest land and 99 square meters in I forest land; and G forest land of 3,770 square meters in G forest land and 3,375 square meters in G forest on the same day (hereinafter “second real estate”).

B. C. Before the purchase of the said real estate, the purchaser of Article 6 confirms all the circumstances and conditions concerning the said real estate and concludes a contract at his own will.

After the contract is concluded, an objection may not be raised against the sale price of the above land and other conditions.

Article 7 Development Plans, etc. for the above real estate may be somewhat modified or delayed according to the policies and circumstances of the State and the local government.
