On June 19, 2016, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven Bone Star Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.103% from approximately 500 meters to around 452-10, from the road before the 393 Down-gun, Incheon Cheongcheon-gu, Incheon Cheongcheon-do, to the road before the pentle-gu, Seoul, the Defendant driven the Bone Star Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 500 meters.
