1. Paragraph 2 is applicable to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)’s liability for damages arising from an accident described in the attached Form.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. Grounds for liability

(1) The Plaintiff operates a bath (hereinafter “instant bath”) with the trade name “C” and its business hours from 05:0 to 20:30.
